  • Plan out what type of training materials you’ll need to develop and deliver. There might be off-the-shelf options your telecom provider offers or, more likely, you’ll need to create customized materials unique to your business, deployment parameters, and staff makeup.
  • Schedule training sessions with all end-users, call center staff, and site administrators, as appropriate, to ensure the smoothest possible transition.
